We had our system installed on the 7th of November 2022 and I was waiting to put this review on here until it was bedded in. The entire installation of heat pump and solar panels, with battery and all new radiators. The cheerful and hardworking plumbers arrived on time and cracked on with the job, hardly taking a break. All the parts and equipment arrived promptly, indicative of great organisation, and the whole experience, as these things go, was pleasant and well-handled.

I honestly can’t recommend them enough!

Had Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Bounce after getting three other quotes and although they weren’t the cheapest they also weren’t the dearest either. I honestly can’t recommend them enough, they were a delight to deal from first contact to install (they were so clean and tidy!).
