Excellent service from Bounce Renewables!

We had our system installed on the 7th of November 2022 and I was waiting to put this review on here until it was bedded in. Now 4 months of having our heat pump and not one issue we are completely satisfied and happy with our heat pump. We are very pleased with the excellent service from Bounce Renewables from the very first contact and throughout the fitting of our Air Source Heat pump. All the people involved were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. We felt we were in very safe hands and are very pleased with the finished system.

Bounce Renewables are a great company to work with. They have done an excellent job installing an air source heat pump in my property. Jae, Richard, Lee, and Phil were all superb in their roles. They certainly know their stuff. The installation team worked very hard indeed, and the premises were left clean and tidy. I am rather anxious about new technology, and the team has been patient, responding to all my questions.

It is just great when someone does what they said they'd do when they said they would do it. Add to this the minimal disruption, quality of work, and friendliness of the install lads, I can do nothing more than highly recommend Lee and the team at Bounce. From first interaction to final sign off, we couldn't be happier with the installation and performance of our heat pump.

Excellent service and a pleasant experience!

The entire installation of heat pump and solar panels, with battery and all new radiators. The cheerful and hardworking plumbers arrived on time and cracked on with the job, hardly taking a break. All the parts and equipment arrived promptly, indicative of great organisation, and the whole experience, as these things go, was pleasant and well-handled.

I honestly can’t recommend them enough!

Had Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Bounce after getting three other quotes and although they weren’t the cheapest they also weren’t the dearest either. I honestly can’t recommend them enough, they were a delight to deal from first contact to install (they were so clean and tidy!).
