The same day we provide a quote, our Terms & Conditions, and detail about the heat pump. If everything looks OK, you approve the quote and we get on and organise a Technical Survey. This normally happens within 1-2 days, but we are completely flexible and will fit in around you. The survey takes 3 days to complete, after which we’ll either visit you again, or provide you with the detail and discuss it over the phone. If everything is to your satisfaction, we’ll agree an install date, there and then.
