Bounce Renewables recognised for driving Customer Satisfaction
As part of their ongoing commitment to driving new levels of Customer Satisfaction, Bounce Renewables have been recognised by the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors, who have featured them in their quarterly Spotlight.
Market studies have indicated that 30% of installations do not perform right-first-time, however unique processes develop by the Bounce Technical Team are ensuring that everything performs as it should do, something which is not lost on its ever expanding customer base.
Enhancing the Customer Journey is one of the two key principles that is driving Bounce Renewables success. The other is Compliance.
Bounce ensures that the Technical Survey is MCS compliant, the equipment it installs is MCS certified, its installers are fully trained and classified as such under the Competent Person Scheme. At the end of each installation the customer is presented with all the documentation that gives them the peace of mind that their installation has been done professionally and to the highest possible level.
